“Sake” has already become an international common language and many people all across the world now have access to Sake. Some only enjoy, but some are passionate enough to start making sake outside Japan. We highly appreciate this worldwide movement and respect all the international sake brewers.
Sake World Cup, the only tasting event, not a competition, of “internationally-made sake” started in 2018 to appreciate international sake makers inheriting this culture with innovative ideas outside Japan. We try our best to connect the Japanese tradition and the new sake culture of the rest of the world.
